Hi there! I’m Tatianna; a mom, wife, friend, daughter, sister, physiotherapist, yoga instructor, food lover.  My motto has always been something along these lines, “I work out so I can eat!”.  Some of my favourite past times are playing in my kitchen, yoga, running, and dancing.  Naturally, since becoming a mom, my time is limited and I now have to find creative ways to continue my two passions – exercise and cooking.  While sometimes it isn’t always the perfect workout or the perfect meal, I believe that the effort is worthwhile and sets the example I want for my kids – love yourself by taking care of yourself. Food and physical activity are two of the most important factors for that!

Through this blog I hope to give others some ideas for recipes, baby & toddler meals, and workouts with minimal equipment. I have a wonderful group of mommy friends who frequently ask each other “what are you feeding your toddlers? I’m in a rut of grilled cheese!”. I also have family and friends who ask for meal ideas, whether it’s hosting a dinner, a brunch, or what to do with a butternut squash the size of your head. Importantly, I hope this blog will drive me to hold myself accountable to continue my passions.
